We promise to get your international move started in 60 seconds. We do that by initiating ­on your behalf ­ quotes and options from service providers in a range of relevant categories (like shipping, etc.). In order to live up to that promise, we need a few bits of information from you, including your name, contact information, and a bit about where you are, where you’re going, and the services you want quotes on.

Our service is free: it won’t cost you a single penny. It’s also completely free of obligations, either way. You can take our recommendations, or not. We reckon even if you reject our recommendations, at least we’ll have given you a sense of what’s available. But while we truly believe the options we recommend are best­in­class, that’s not a guarantee and we can’t be held responsible for them. Your relationship with your providers is between you and them.

What we do with your information

We use your information for two purpose only. One is to give you information and options about moving between countries. The other is to improve our service. So to achieve those:

• We share your information with our partner suppliers in the categories you’ve indicated. They see your name, your preferred contacts, and whatever else you’ve supplied which is relevant to their service category. They use it to contact you with quotes and options, which in some cases will require you to share a bit more of your information with them.
• We may send you an email from time to time about moving to the country you select. We do everything we can to keep our emails relevant and infrequent, and it’s easy to unsubscribe if you think we’ve misjudged it.
• We also use “cookies” to analyse how different types of people like to use our site. That helps us make improvements, which we like to do in little ways all the time.
